Pinewood Derby
Scouts design and build their own cars and race them down a 42 foot track at the Neighborhood Church on race day!
Outdoor Skills
Hiking, nature exploration, and hands-on learning in the field.
Community Service
Making a difference right here in Atlanta, alongside neighbors and friends.
Rank Advancement
In supporting each scout's personal growth through education and skill achievement, their development is recognized through rank advancement, belt loops, patches, and more.
End-of-Year Kayak Trip
We close out every Scouting year together, on the water.

Register with Scouting America
$85An annual registration fee that officially registers your Scout with Scouting America. Click below to get going:
Register with Scouting AmericaPay local pack dues
$150Dues fund our local pack's activities: campouts, den meetings, Pinewood Derby, patches, belt loops and pins, Class-B t-shirts for new Scouts, and the end-of-year kayak trip.
Go to Neighborhood Church's giving page and:
- Enter $150 as the amount
- Choose “Give to BSA Pack 586”
- Choose “Give this One Time”
- Enter your payment method information
- Check the box to cover the processing fee
